- Maintenance technicians will be available to maintain the general maintenance repairs of the home or community. Additionally, they will recommend and/or manage any contracting work that may be needed.
- Homeowners in your community with being incentivized with the opportunity of having a discounted hourly rate.
- Homeowners will have an easy direct way to connect with us through our website. Easily submit a work order and we will send a technician to assist with minor updates and general repairs.
Our main objective is to give homeowners peace of mind by educating them about their new responsibilities regarding their property. This, benefits the developers, HOAs, and property management teams as well. After the unit is sold and all punch list items are completed, our services will help the homeowner understand the responsibility of the developer and their responsibility to the property and help them to maintain their new home.
